Welcome, and thank you for subscribing to the UGN InfoManager. This is the weekly column from Lynn Wegley and Fred Showker, which will arrive in your email box each Monday morning.

The InfoManager has been part of the User Group Network since it moved from America Online to the internet in 1994 -- providing interesting and informative news leads to computer users everywhere. InfoManager's primary audience are user group newsletter editors for their local club members.

Lynn Wegley is a veteran of the UGN (AOL User Groups Forum) and User Group Network. He's been a supporter and volunteer on many, many UGN and User Group Academy projects. As a long time user group member, he's served as volunteer from Honolulu to Boston and many points in between.

Lynn currently works with the Cowtown MUG of Ft. Worth Texas, but also works with the Apple Corp of Dallas and is a lifetime member of TUMS the Tulsa Users of Macintosh Society.

Subscribing to Infomanager

Subscribe to Infomanager by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. This is a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator.

    You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.

    If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
